Beau is an artist, designer, and educator with over 40 years of experience bringing stories to life through costume design, scenic art, hair and wig craft, and creative leadership across theatre, dance, and film. His work centers on transforming ideas into meaningful, collaborative experiences through visual storytelling, leadership, and mentorship.
He has worked across higher education and professional industries, leading production teams and teaching artists to refine their craft while building strong professional portfolios. He is committed to helping others develop both their artistic voice and the practical, collaborative skills needed to succeed.
His collaborations include Texas Tech University, Illinois Wesleyan University, Cirque du Soleil, Houston Ballet, and Disney Theme Parks, where he has contributed as both a creative and a leader.
In addition to his academic and production work, Beau brings over 25 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and business owner, having built a successful salon, trained teams, and partnered with industry leaders such as Aveda and TONI&GUY. This entrepreneurial background informs his leadership style, blending creativity with strategic and operational insight.
